Review of Trimpley Music Food & Heavy Horse Festival 2024
We had a fantastic time last year and decided to go again when i see the flyer on Facebook in said you could take a small picnic which we did we was stopped at the gate by a woman who was a complete jobs worth even smelling our bottles of water and telling us that the children with us couldn't possibly eat the 4 rolls two bags of crisps and the cakes that i had made my friend had water sauage rolls and said job worth took this of of her we had spent nearly £40 on ticket and being a pensioner can not afford the overpriced food that was on sale last years stall and rides were a lot better and reasonable yesterday my grandson look at a beaded child's bracelet they wanted £12 we was so disappointed with the whole thing and will not be going again and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone

Review of Trimpley Music Food & Heavy Horse Festival 2024
Very disappointed, I was hoping for more stalls, the giant horses could be seen in the stqbles however it would have been nice if there was some information on their breed, use un years gone by. It would be nice to see the carts out of thw stables cleanwd up.
I feel that it shoild be advertised as a music show rather than the show that it was.
Sadly quite disapointed.

Review of Trimpley Music Food & Heavy Horse Festival 2024
No consideration at for inclement weather. An open marquee in the large empty space in the centre of the main field or even a few smaller open marquees would have provided shelter so that people had somewhere to shelter from the rain would have made this day much more enjoyable. People weren't buying food because there was no where to eat except in the rain.
Weather is always going to be unpredictable and it is the end of July but local weather reports clearly indicated 60% chance of rain pretty much all day.
Our group of 7 left early ( and we weren't the only ones) without getting the chance to see any horse displays etc. we would have loved to have tried some of the amazing looking food and drinks but gave up early , disappointed and hungry

Review of Trimpley Music Food & Heavy Horse Festival 2024
Was expecting more.
Was hoping/expecting to see Horses around/in sight, at Festival, but they were hidden away in their stables. âHook-a-Duckâ was £5 a try - so expensive! Again, was hoping for more choice with regard to Funfair/Fairground stuff. Singers, whilst Iâm sure are fabulous people - were tepid in their singing. Sorry :(
Will not return.

Absolutely fabulous day spent at Trimpley festival, great venue, helpful efficient staff and great family fun day out , itâs obvious a tremendous amount of time, effort and hard work has been put in by the organisers.
