Great to be back at this wonderful festival
Chicago 9 Blues Band had a line up change in 2020 long term members Melvyn, Steve & Elrad where joined Wilshire's own Angie Restorick on lead vocals., Saxophonist Paul Tasker & Pianist Matt Little both part of (Mike Vernon's Mighty combo)
This versatile line up can perform as a four, five or six piece according to venue size.
The band where formed in 2002 feel privileged to have shared the stage & opened for Blues Greats OTIS GRAND, MUD MORGANFIELD, STAN WEBB’S CHICKEN SHACK, ERIC SARDINAS & BIG MOTOR, MIKE VERNON & THE MIGHTY COMBO, SARI SCHORR & THE ENGINE ROOM,JW JONES,PAUL LAMB & THE KINGSNAKES also 70’s Rockers EDDIE & THE HOT RODS, DR FEELGOOD & NINE BELOW ZERO, The story continues.
Drawing from there diverse love of music the repertoire is expanding at each gig with each musician having an input to the set list.
