The Star Inn

The Star Inn is a 15th century coaching inn with all the period charm asociated with a property heralding from Tudor England. The inn retains a wealth of historic feautures that include the original staircase and beams. The frontage of the building was modernised in the Victorian era, though its original purpose of welcoming weary travellers to rest, eat and drink has remained through the years. Today the Star Inn is a rapidly evolving music pub, free from televisions and a great place to meet with people for a chilled out drink. The inn boasts four fabulous B&B rooms, a front bar and the Airama Attic cafe and shop to the back. Not to mention the beer garden and river frontage.
