Shame we booked the worst day, no balloons, but impressed with all the activities and food stalls available, the parking was perfect, especially being disabled, clean loos, and great staffing.

We really enjoyed the festival. The balloons couldn't go up because of the wind but the light show, fireworks and other shows were excellent. Stores, rides and food all very expensive so be ready for that. We took chairs, blankets etc which I would recommend. We didn't take hand gel but would next time as nowhere to wash hands.

Well organised parking space.

Expected to be in and around the balloons alot more. The burn show was disappointing and the fireworks were the same on late nd we needed to depart before they started.

Very badly organised... would never think this happens every year.
Music awful and lacked atmosphere.
Fireworks started 30 minutes late at 10:45pm. Lots of very young kids having to wait that long... very unfair.
Stunt show shockingly bad... wouldn't pay them in washers!
Saw 3 Ballon's take to the sky... have seen more ballon's released at a child's birthday party!!
Would not go again 2/10 is the most I'd give it.

Rip off - we went to see the balloons hardly any went off. When they did it was far too late. Rides were too expensive - you should have a wrist band so that you can go on as many rides. Pick n mix £21 - absolute joke! Upset children as we couldn’t do much due to expense
