Review of Wrexham Fireworks Spectacular

There were 2 food trucks, 1 drinks stand, a flashing light toy sales stand and a music stage.
The event started at 3:30pm but there was nothing to do, no market stalls, no rides, no choice of food, no entertainment for children whatsoever. Absolutely shocking that we paid £20pp (5 adults, 3 children) to stand in a field and wait for 4 hours for 25 mins of fireworks.

No fairground rides didn’t fade us! Music and display was amazing! Hats off to the organisers .

Fantastic event the fireworks were amazing couldn’t fault them didn’t see drone show or dinosaurs these could have been done between the acts as they took a long time to set up needed more food and drink vendors the queues were huge and not much variety but as a 1st go I think it was great will definitely be back next year thank you

Not much choice for food. Was expecting more. Obviously it’s November so you expect mud but maybe mats could be put down if the event goes ahead next year. Atmosphere and music were great though!

Great event , fireworks with music was amazing , bands we're brilliant , overall entertainment was really well planned and delivered faultlessly 👍, improvements could be made to car parking , and food outlets ,as in maybe another 2 or 3 ? i will be back next year for sure with more people 👍

We travelled from Warrington mainly to see Sash and the fireworks/laser show. Nevertheless all of the artists were fabulous but the fireworks display was something else and truly spectacular. It was much better than anything Disney can muster and was on a par with the New Year celebrations that are held in capital cities across the world. Well done Wrexham. Unfortunately the drone show was cancelled, apparently due to poor conditions, although in reality each artists overrun and the organisers run out of time.

music was awesome and the fireworks were the best I've seen in the UK, plenty of toilets but no lights in them which wasn't ideal, food truck queues were a joke and the prices were disgusting, £4 for a handful of cold chips with a sprinkle of cheese on? we were charged £29.50 for 4 chips and cheese and 4 drinks. Totally ripped off, wouldn't mind paying if it was good food but it was diabolical and the food truck owners were way out of their depth all falling over one another, spilling drinks, no room for food on the sides. overall a great entertainment experience and would come again and just avoid the food!!

Venue was a Muddy Field - car parking with a dangerous wheel spinning muddy field (we got stuck in mud).

Queued for 1 hour to get a hot dog - only two food venders for the amount of people there!

Ended up leaving and sitting in the car to wait for fireworks in the car park as there was nothing to do except stand around in the freezing cold.

The only good thing was the music and fireworks - we left before the drone show as the children were beyond bored.
