Where is Leeds Festival?
Leeds Festival takes place at Bramham Park, Bramham, Wetherby, LS23 6LU
Does Leeds have onsite camping?
Yes, Leeds Festival has on-site camping and you will be assigned your camping area when purchasing your tickets.
Does Leeds Festival have any age restrictions?
All ages are welcome at the festival. However, there are entry restrictions for under 16s and we do advise not bringing young children. Anyone 15 and under must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old at all times. Children under 13 years are admitted free. ID may be required upon entry to the event.
Please bring ID if you look under 21 years old and remember that legally there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the licensee for whatever reason they decide, and the licensee is under no obligation to explain the reason.
Can I bring my own food and drink into Leeds Festival?
The festival only allows sealed soft drinks under 500ml, as well as empty reusable plastic and metal bottles of any size into the Arena. Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the Arena for free.
Food is admitted for personal consumption only.
How do I get to Leeds Festival?
By car - If you are driving to Leeds Festival, please drive carefully. Remember that traffic will be heavy along the festival routes - so please drive safely and carefully. All routes to the festival are from the A1 or M1. Travel to the A1 or M1 whether from the north, south, east or west and follow the festival signs.

The route to Leeds Festival will be signposted from Junction 35 northbound
FROM M1 COMING FROM THE SOUTH
The route to the festival will be signposted from Junction 32 northbound
FROM M62 COMING FROM THE EAST

FROM A1/ A1(M) COMING FROM THE NORTH

If you must bring your car, please consider the following in the interests of the environment and also to reduce congestion:
: Transport as many people as possible with you
: Travel at off peak times (the peak time for arriving onsite is 08.00 to 14.00 on the Thursday)
: Consider car sharing

There will be frequent shuttle buses running from Leeds City Railway Station and Leeds Coach Station to Bramham Park.

What happens If I bought a ticket and cannot attend?
Unfortunately, we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.
Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
Is there disability access and PA Tickets?
How To Apply for the Disabled Access Scheme
To apply for the Leeds Festival access scheme first purchase a standard ticket. Once you have purchased your ticket you will be asked to complete and submit an access requirements application form which consists of a number of questions regarding your requirements at the event. Along with this, you must provide supporting documentation for validation of your request.
Leeds Festival Access Scheme allows you to apply for the following facilities:
Wheelchair Accessible Viewing Platform
Accessible car parking & Drop off pass
PA (Personal Assistant) ticket – (at no extra charge)
Accessible toilet facilities
Accessible Camping
Accessible Terms & Conditions
It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application as evidence of your requirements and to grant a PA ticket. Please include one of the following with your completed form:
PIP (Personal independence payment)
DLA – care and/or mobility
Letter from a medical professional
D/deaf or blind registration
The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 icon for PA tickets
Blue Badge – permitted for parking only requests
Please note any submitted documents are securely destroyed.
If you do not have the above evidence but feel you need assistance to access the festival, please get in contact via the number below. Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access the above facilities. However, Leeds Festival will always try to accommodate any late requests.
Personal Assistant Ticket Scheme
If a customer is unable to attend the festival without the support from a PA, then we will provide an additional PA ticket at no extra cost.
This ticket can only be approved by the Access Team
Please do not buy a ticket for your PA as this will not be refunded if they are approved.
The PA ticket is provided on the expectation that your PA is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.
