Global Reggae Band are a 6 to 7-member band from Birmingham UK.
Global was formed in 2009 by Trevor Greaves aka Bajiman and it was decided to use their combined experience and love of music to create the group, bringing with it a hybrid sound of Reggae & Ska, Roots & Culture, Lovers-Rock, Dance Hall, Soco-Calypso, Motown and a sprinkling of R&B to make sure they appeal to any reggae fan.
Each member is a multi-talented core performer whose speciality is versatility. Their professionalism and enjoyment of what they do shines throughout every performance whether they are playing covers or original material from their extensive playlist.
GRB have played alongside the likes of Freddie McGregor, Frankie Paul, Sylvia Tella, Mafia & Fluxy, Ossie Gadd, Maxi Priest, Jah-Wobble.
Tippa Irie, Macka B, Peter Spence, Skibu, Adele Harley, Kofi, Pauline Black from the Selector and Neville Staple formerly of the Specials plus many more.
With sounds of Roots & Culture, Lovers Rock, Dance-hall, Motown and a sprinkling of R&B, to make sure they appeal to any reggae fan. Global Reggae Band appeals to a diverse audience and enjoys receiving feedback from listeners young and old.
