    Does Bearded Theory have any age restrictions?

    No, Bearded Theory is a family-friendly festival. The bars will be operating a Challenge 25 policy so you may need valid photographic ID. (UK Passport, Driving Licence or a PASS ID card)

    What happens if I bought a ticket and cannot attend?

    Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
