The rave will be happening at Lincolnshire Showground, inside their biggest warehouse.

Square One: Halloween Festival runs 1pm - 10pm on Saturday 21st October 2023.

Yes, you must be 18+ to attend Square One: Halloween Festival. Please bring valid photo ID with you - it must have a hologram logo approved by the PASS scheme, check here for ID types: https://www.wsta.co.uk/Challenge-25. Photocopies will not be accepted.

The main stage is inside the warehouse, but the food and chill area will be exposed.

Flares or fireworks  

Your own speakers/sound systems. 

Laser pens 

Air horns  

Large bags (anything over the size of an a4 piece of paper) 

Yes, there will be plenty at the event, including disabled toilets.

No, Square One: Halloween Festival is not a camping event. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, any hotels or airbnb's etc in Lincoln city centre would be best. 

The two best options are to book a taxi, or use our dedicated Square One shuttle bus service.

Shuttles will be leaving regularly from Lincoln city centre, and returning afterwards. 

You can buy shuttle bus tickets now. Please note there is limited availability so make sure you do it well in advance.

The festival is around 10 minutes drive from Lincoln city centre at Lincolnshire Showground.

Lincoln is easily and cheaply accessible by train from the surrounding cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby etc. 

Arrive in Lincoln by train, and then hop on our shuttle bus to the festival. 

Make sure you buy your shuttle bus ticket in advance.

You can get dropped off at the festival entrance.

If you are driving, we recommend parking at Lincoln Train Station, and then taking our shuttle bus service direct from there. You need to buy bus tickets in advance.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
