Divorced, Beheaded and Died- An Audience With Henry VIII
When: Saturday 10th June
Where: Samlesbury Hall, Preston
The history of King Henry VIII is some of the most interesting of England's royal family timeline. Known for changing the country with impacts that still have their effects today, here you can have an "audience" with the king himself and you'll hear the best parts of his story throughout the event.

You may remember Sophie Duker's run on Taskmaster, where she was one of the funniest competitors that the show has seen. She's appeared on plenty of other shows too and now is your chance to see her live in person during her own stand-up show. She'll be bringing her highly-regarded show to Carlisle.

Opening in May at the Lyric Theatre, this is an exciting show of Andrew Lloyd Webber's show reimagined and directed by Jonathan Kent. Michael Ball will be returning for the show having initially having been involved with it 34 years ago in the original production. Prepare to swoon for this love story.
