With Detonate's residency at Nottingham's Stealth and it's many installments at Sheffield rave den Plug regularly bordering on the legendary, Detonate has in it's 15 year career become synonymous with the ultimate rave experience, bringing the finest names in bass music and drum n bass to the Midlands and South Yorkshire.

To celebrate its milestone birthday, Detonate prepares to launch its most elaborate and daring project yet - Detonate Festival, complete with a mammoth line up of dance music greats who will be descending on Nottingham Racecourse come June 7th.

The line up really is dripping with quality, as the likes of drum n bass veteran and Ram Records mastermind Andy C, Swamp 81 acid and bass maestro Boddika, mighty dubstep duo and DMZ owners Digital Mystikz, garage legend DJ EZ, Brazilian drum n bass hero DJ Marky (check out his no holds barred mix in the Mixmag lab above), Shogun Audio's Friction, jungle veteran Kenny Ken, New Jersey techno trailblazer Levon Vincent and jazz and ambient drum n bass genius LTJ Bukem prepare to soundtrack one hell of a rave up.

Footwork, IDM and drum n bass front runners Machinedrum and Sam Binga will also be involved, as will house and techno champion Midland, Dutch trio Noisia, R&S favourite Tessela and liquid funk pioneer Sub Focus.

This is all set to be an almighty one day blowout, packed to the rafters with the industry's finest party starters.
