Never again be without a new tune to accompany you on your morning commute, a dance floor marvel to move your body in time with when Friday comes around or an apt summertime scorcher to soundtrack your barbecue, with our Essential Listening playlist.
Every other week, our Skiddle team aims to bring you ten of the very best new releases, covering an array of diverse styles and sounds. Hailing the beginnings of the next big names alongside the festival-headlining stalwarts of our beloved industry, still present and pumping out classic after classic, our playlist is unashamedly bold. The hardest of dance tracks sit side-by-side with the most serene of acoustic tracks, whilst future hip-hop, alt-rock, soul and jazz anthems also play their part. Variety is the spice of life, so they say.
This week, we've got a handful of fire club weapons courtesy of the likes of HAAi, the Aussie-born former psych-rocker turned world-touring DJ, who's applied her production skill to remixing Ben Böhmer's hypnotic track, 'Escalate', rising superstar Eliza Rose and Pete Tong endorsed sound system assassin, TSHA. There are also brand new releases from Beyonce and enigmatic producer, SBTRKT, issuing his first single since 2012, as well as entries from Jockstrap, Foals, Khadja Bonet, FKA Twigs and more.
Grab your headphones and check out the full Essential Listening playlist - including ten previously featured tracks - below (Hit the like button to stay up to date).
