Fridays at Egg London in May

After our previous focus on Saturdays in April and May (read that here), it only seemed right to turn our attention to Egg London's Friday schedule, which features a reliably strong line up of house music savants.

X Presents Jonny Cade // May 2nd

X has been on a serious run of form this year, and as it plunges headlong into May, the Egg London residency continues in the same fashion with Huxley collaborator, Flux resident and garage house hero Jonny Cade leading the charge (check out his funky as hell 'Find My Way' record above). Welsh born deep house diva Ceri will join him, as will X favourites Mark Jenkyns and Cera Alba. Bag your tickets here.

Egg Presents Decay Records // May 9th

Fresh off the back of his wickedly received sophomore LP, Frankfurt's Sascha Dive hits Egg London on the 9th armed with his usual bag of stripped back tech, deep house and just about everything in between (check some of that out above).

Leeds based house and techno purveyor Gavin Herlihy joins him, with his exceptional skills making him in demand everywhere from Fabric to Berlin's Panorama Bar. Also watch out for DZeta N' Basile, S-ampel and Franck Roger as Decay Records prepares to unleash a fantastic label showcase. Tickets are available here.

Egg Presents Objektivity // May 16th

The middle of May sees US house music trailbalzer Dennis Ferrer descend on Egg London with one of his legendary sets in the offing. As the boss of Objektivity, Ferrer has helped nurture the careers of such vital players as The Martinez Brothers and Argy, as his finger remains right on the pulse of house music's many and furtive movements. Egg Presents Bontan // May 23rd

Up and coming underground house head Bontan is next in Egg London's sights. With a slew of well received releases on labels like Kraftek, MTA, Toolroom (hear his effort for that label above),  Pura and Great Stuff, Bontan has announced himself as an exciting talent that is destined for greatness.
