Funeral for a Friend is the latest act to be added to the line up of CockRock 2011.
The Welsh rock band released their debut album Casually Dressed & in Deep Conversation in 2003 which went Gold in the UK. They have since released another three albums, two of which also went Gold.
The band who are currently in the middle of a European tour, are all set to release their new single Broken Foundation which is taken from their new album ‘Welcome Home Armageddon’ due for release on 13th June. They are also set to appear at a number of other festivals this year including Download where they are headlining the Pepsi Max Stage (supported by last years CockRock headliners The King Blues).
Also just added to the CockRock 2011 bill are The Suzukis, who are signed to Deltasonic, as well as The Escobars, Volcanoes and HUSH.
Funeral for a Friend join The Bluetones, Goldie Lookin’ Chain, Steve Harley & The Cockney Rebel and over 160 other bands and DJ’s for the festival in July.
