One of the most hotly anticipated music events on the global calendar, Eclipse2012 is brought to us by the teams behind the UK's Glade Festival, Rainbow Serpent Festival (Australia), Mother (Japan) and Symbiosis Festival (USA).
Timed to coincide with the final Solar Eclipse before the end of the Mayan calendar, Eclipse2012 could be the last festival you'll ever go to. But it's probably not.
The festival itself is a six day escape, located on a 500sq mile cattle station in far North Queensland, that will bring together hundreds of acts from across the world.
Artists will appear across the Sun, Moon and Earth Stages; the latter being situated by a lake with its own beach. Other arenas include a Chill Temple, Eclipse Village and a variety of other venues hosting activities, workshops and arts.
