MC Lars is back with October tour

Californian self-proclaimed 'post-punk laptop rap' artist, MC Lars will play shows in London and Manchester as part of his UK tour.

Rising to prominence in the early 00s, MC Lars' unique style sees him sample and reference post-punk and emo bands such as Brand New, Fugazi and even Supergrass in his music. Throw in his nods to classic English literature, probably most recognisable with his single 'Mr Raven', inspired by Edgar Allen Poe's 'The Raven' and we see a true anomaly of the genres at work.

MC Lars, aka Andrew Nielsen, has toured extensively across the world both headlining and as support for artists as wide ranging as Snoop Dogg, Simple Plan, Nas and Reel Big Fish.
