Less Effect began in 2013, with the aim of bringing the freshest names in electronic music to Liverpool. They made an impression as hard hitting as the music that they play and established themselves as firm favourites with the city's ravers. We've taken a closer look at who will be joining their diverse residents over the next two months for events powered by their VOID sound system at The Shipping Forecast

They kick off their 2015 season on Friday 20th January with London based producer Airhead topping the roster. He's used his technical capabilities to carve his own distinguished sound and has become renowned for his relentless sets. He's got some mega productions under his belt including collaborations with James Blake and releases on R&S Records. Get your tickets here

On Saturday 7th March they welcome one half of Horsepower Production, Benny Ill. The genre bending artist dabbles with dub, garage, funk and everything in between. His experimental style translates into his sets, and he continues to establish himself as one of the authentic pioneers of dub. Grab your tickets for this event here

Futuristic pop and grime authority Deadboy takes the headline spot on Friday 27th March. He's signed to Jackmaster's Numbers imprint and his productions are completely unique to him (you can listen to his Rinse mix above). Head here for your tickets
