Skiddle shortlisted for 'Ticketing Company' accolade at Music Week Awards 2022

The music industry's most prestigious award ceremony, the Music Week Awards has recently announced those shortlisted to receive one of few coveted accolades at the first in-person edition of the event since the COVID pandemic began, back in 2020.

Joining some of the biggest and most influential institutions and brands in our beloved sector, we are delighted to reveal that Skiddle has made this years list, gaining a place in the 'Ticketing Company' category. Various other categories include the 'A&R Award', the 'Grassroots Venue: Spirit of the Scene' award - voted on by the public and supported by the Music Venue Trust - and the 'Live Promoter Award'.

The Music Week Awards - the UK's only dedicated honouring of music professionals and companies, supporting record labels, publishers, venues and nightclubs, retailers, radio stations, and marketing and PR firms, to highlight a select few - are peer-voted and judged by an independent panel of industry specialists.

Launched to uphold and continually raise the world leading standards set by the UK's music sector, as well as celebrating top performing individuals and teams, the ceremony and its greatly desired awards have become an unparalleled badge of excellence.
