Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia celebrates all that is trippy with Super Furry Animals and The Horrors topping the bill in September. (Watch the mind-bending event trailer below)
All manner of fellow astral travelers will be heading to the city's Baltic Triangle on Friday 23rd and 24th September with other bands confirmed including recently reformed Scouse garage rockers The Stairs, Swedish psychsters Dungen, Japanese legends Acid Mothers Temple and original sixties electro oddballs Silver Apples.
There's plenty of emerging acts penciled in with post-punk outfit Eagulls, the fantastic Gwenno, Semi-fictional Fat White Family splinter The Moonlandingz, Seattle's La Luz, The Wytches, Spectres, Flamingods and Spectres all featuring.
Japanese label Guruguru Brain will also be hosting a stage featuring Asian underground acts and they'll be the usual array of DJs, food stalls and art installations. (See the full line up)
