The partnering of dance music and orchestras is something which has been championed by some of the biggest UK clubbing brands of all time over the past couple of years, most notably The Hacienda and Cream.
Another institution which sits on par with these Northern giants is Gatecrasher, and with its own sensational history and defining tracks, it made perfect sense for a classical showcase to ensue.
As part of Gatecrasher's 24th anniversary, they have teamed up with the 30-piece Up North Orchestra to take over the iconic Sheffield City Hall, for a night of re-imagined trance and house tracks.
