Too many police. Too many young children in adult areas. It was a festival for children and families but wasn't advertised like that. Very expensive for what is was. Also, most of the people selling drink vouchers seemed to disappear in the middle of the afternoon.

Can't do a lot about the weather but the 2hr downpour from 5pm was unfortunate. Primal Scream were great but I wonder if there is a case for getting the better bands on earlier at family festival? Rest of the line up was meh.
A few more things. The carpool karaoke and red bull tents were a pain - sound clashed with main stage horribly. The people selling beer tokens vanished completely when the rain came and never reappeared...even the bar staff were wondering why nobody was buying.....no one had tokens left! Finally the food options were horrible. There are good food trucks around these days but it was the same old overpriced garbage.

First time at Enjoy Music Festival, the bands were great, atmosphere was great. Bit disappointed in the VIP area would have been better if it was under cover for when the rain started ( as it usually does in Aberdeen ) also there should have been more food stalls as the queues were to long. Would definitely recommend it and will be going back to future events.

The event itself was good fun, if spoiled a little by the weather, which I appreciate you can't control. It was a shame that the festival started late as it didn't then benefit from the nice weather for the first 5 hours or so. I still don't know exactly why the festival started late but appreciated the email letting me know in advance.
My main complaint is about the flow of traffic and parking. The road signs approaching the park from one direction simply said "Road Closed" and placed at a point where it was too late to turn back. I then had to drive over "LOTS" of speed bumps to reach a point where an unhelpful attendant allowed me to turn around. I then found a parking spot in another car park which was for general use of people visiting the park, not specifically the festival. Upon asking later on I found out that instead of the signs saying the road was closed, they should have said Festival Parking. I paid online to use the festival car park but never found where it was and was just very lucky that a normal, free and unreserved spot was available in the normal parking area. To summarise, the festival itself was good if late in starting, but whoever was placed in charge of parking and traffic control should be fired for gross incompetence.

It was rather disappointing... there was not enough places to eat.. or get a cup of coffee... we had to queue for 1.5hrs for food and the same time again just to get a cup of coffee, this meant missing some of the acts. there was nowhere to shelter from the rain... I realise this is outwith the event organisers control but at least have a contingency in place. The amount of people out of their face not just on alcohol was plain to see and for a family event raise some questions! There could have been better directions and signage to get to the event. In my opinion ion I felt the cost of the event was extremely overpriced based on the artists that performed.

Good day out.
Transport to and from venue excellent - we used the bus from Dutch Mill to get there and taxi home.
Easy to get bar tokens - good supply and choice of drinks.
Not enough toilets - long queues and not enough food vendors - again long queues.
A lot of time spent queueing when we could have been enjoying the music.
Late start with short notice .

There was a 3 hour delay in opening and for the VIP area we paid extra for as I thought the comfy seating would be good for my wife well grass does not constitute as comfy seating no preparation for adverse weather conditions that is normal in the north east of Scotland plus being charged 3 lots of admin charges for our tick*ts when being bought at the same time also when the severe rain came you not buying back pub tokens meant you wasted a lot of money so all in all it was just a complete waste of money would have been cheaper to put it down the drain

I'd say even though the event started later than planned, it turned out well. It was a shame about the weather and didn't seem to be any ponchos to purchase. Bar prices were quite steep but loved the tick*t people wandering about, made it easy to get bar tokens. Could have been doing with more toilets and food places as queues were long and slow moving at busy eating times. The music and atmosphere was good and overall I had a really good time. I though having separate area for the kids rides was well thought through.

We went along with our two kids and had a great time. Good music coming from the Red Bull tent. Primal Scream were brilliant and we were able to enjoy them even more from the safety of the fenced family zone, great idea! My youngest loved the princesses and all the activities in the family area!

Whilst the bands were excellent the organisation was appalling. I paid for parking but no one could tell me where the parking area was so i parked in the general free parking area for the cost of almost £10... and due to no toilets the event didn't open until hours after it should have. Not good!

The standard of the performances was great.
More variety of amusements / entertainment for the teens age group 12-16 would have been good. My children were soon bored.
The dance tent could have been twice the size and still been crowded.
Additional shelter and more toilets should be provided if the event is going to return.
Might be an idea to arrange delivery of the portal iOS in advance of the morning of the event next time?

Very poorly organised event and poorly advertised! Travelled an hour to get there to then be told there would be a 3 hr delay in starting! A refund or at the very least a partial refund should be offered!
