Worst experience ever! Terrible afternoon - late opening, QR codes not working, couldn’t order drinks via app, long queues for drink and NOTHING for our £15 ticket - left asap!

As most have said a very very poorly organised event, systems crashing and long queues for drinks. Bought 7 tickets only to leave after an hour as only 2 of us got a drink.
Definitely think organisers need to refund our money.

Not a true Oktoberfest experience, literally just a pub with overpriced pints in a plastic stein. For the price of the entry fee, it really wasn’t worth it.

Very poor event! No one told you to go to different area of bar for the event. Not one single German/Oktoberfest beer. Only Heineken on tap as sold out of bierra morreti. Place was over crowded I don’t think people left after scheduled times.

Left early as paying £5 for Heineken only was shocking people deserve refund as falsely advertised as no variation of beer!

Ordering app crashed after fighting to get WiFi or 4g ...cued 1hr 20 mins to get a round of beers basically poor show!

Poor selection of beer, would have preferred a better selection of German / craft beers. Went to get food but ran out. Small venue where everyone was squeezed in (hard to move about). Toilets were broken so had to que. Overall it was OK but don't think I'll be back.

We paid £14.99 to get into a pub with live music. Could of done that any other time in many other Aberdeen pubs. Thought we would get at least one drink with our money. Or a keepsake of some sort. Very disappointed.

Paid £14.00 each to gain entry to a bar that we could have just walked into on a normal day!
Nothing included in the £14.00 ticket price!
No German beers to choose from just whatever the bar had on tap. No table service, only 1x bar server at each bar so queues were long.
This was not a proper Oktoberfest just a scam from the organisers.
The venue itself was a nice bar but was not what we all expected at an Oktoberfest.
We will be requesting a full refund!

Delayed entry, beer order system inoperable, zero staff to assist. One hour later, with no sign of getting a beer any time soon, we got up and left with full two tables of colleagues. Utter shambles for an event.
The band did their very best but as an Octoberfest utter failure unfortunately.

I paid £30 for tickets to this venue, which we could not even get in because there was not enough seats. We had to sit in the actual bar, we had one drink and left because we were so disappointed we could not experience the actual Oktoberfest….

😂😂😂😂This was an absolute disaster of event!!! I mean we made the most of it for what it was... And because we paid the guts of £90 for our tickets.... but absolutely shocking event! Nothing like cracked up to be or advertised..... live bands and preformers suggest more than one but litterally there was one band that was late in starting and finished early.... table ordering didn't work, WiFi crashed, staff was saying we had to order on app thing... Went outside placed order on 4g then didn't get our drinks.... Didnt get a refund.... Finally opened the bars up but didn't tell anyone we found out by guessing.... Band didn't start till like 2 hours after and then took a break and finished up early I personally felt there was little German associated music so hardly the live music all night long the range of beers was absolutely rubbish think i seen like 2 German beers..... I mean anyone can order a couple of German flags on ebay for £3.99 each and print of a couple of German signs saying Oktoberfest download a photo on Google and stick it on a projector.... Honest, Unprofessionaly run thrown together !!!! Very typical Aberdoian but i want a refund for our tickets...

Worst event ever. £29 for 2 tickets for a German beer festival with no German beer. Peroni served in a stein? Queued for 30 mins to be told there was no German beer and left after that. Total con. No fault of the venue. How do I get a refund? Or is it trading standards?

the venue and music were great - the music wasn't the traditional German music but nevertheless, they were awesome. The venue was great but it was badly organised. The WiFi didn't work for the table service and it took almost an hour to get seated and our first beer. The food was good but also badly organised with a 20 min wait for a bratwurst. I love oktoberfest normally but this was pretty terrible. The venue did everything they could to give us a good afternoon and we're really grateful to them but the actual organisers should be pretty embarrassed of what they put on. £11 for s stein of beer is also pretty ridiculous. Thankfully the jazz band were so good it made up for the extortionate prices.

So many technical issues trying to order beer, with no guidance or updates causing frustration and confusion. Half of people had left by 1 hour until it because the Oktoberfest was poor. No traditional German beer, table qr code not working, WiFi not working, and orders that did go through and take payment, were not communicated to the bar tenders. Such a disappointment.

We got there on time (1pm) but did not get our tickets checked/seated until about 1:30pm then none of us could order drinks because their system wouldn’t work and no one could get signal in the bar to do the online order so half of the venue was outside trying to order, once we ordered it took a while so I went to ask where our drinks were and I was told their system had stopped working and they weren’t getting anyone’s orders. I was then told I would have to go to the bar to get my own drinks and so was other people, I then had to wait in a que at the bar for 20 minutes so by the time we had our first drink it was 2:30. For the price of our ticket, drinks and food the experience we had was very poor. At least half of the people that came had left because of how bad the event was. The bar staff done what they could, it was just the event that was very unorganised.
