Worst ever need a refund very poor event didn’t even get a beer or taste of anything!!!!

Good night but the layout wasn't practical, the queues for the bars were going past the tables blocking the view of the stage.

The entertainment needs to engage with the crowd more and encourage more crowd involvement like other Oktoberfest events.

Still had a brilliant time and would recommend. Food was spectacular.

Disastrous organisation, couldn't get a beer for over an hour. Tables so crammed in, everyone just left. The music was absolutely brilliant however!

wasn't organised well, table service app didn't work, when it worked the table numbers unavailable. couldn't get a drink at the bar unless you had exact money, contactless machine didn't work. didn't get seated in the venue until 30 minutes after opening time, drinks were another hour after. People leaving the event extremely early. staff was great but management needs improvement, wouldn't want to go to another event planned there.

Thi event was such a met down, the table service qr codes were bit working, getting drinks was a might mare, the music wasn't German and the atmosphere was shocking. Left after 1hr as had enough. Wod like a refund but yet again not an easy process either. Such a shame

there was potential for this to be really good but sadly it did not happen. due to poor signal and WiFi no one could get drinks, bar couldn't get to right tables as they did not show up in app. I wish I had saved my £44 and just gone to a normal pub and enjoyed myself. not doing this again

Staff were at wrong door they should have been welcoming and telling you what’s and how to expect as it was nobody seemed to know anything and we were left to mill about speaking to someone else we learnt there was allegedly a beer and sausage included in the price queued for a while and just gave up put our coats on left 30 quid lighter and went the Stag Inn around the corner had a great lunch and three pints and turned a potential disaster into a great day w. We had planned bringing two friends who could make it, imagine anyway this was a fraudulent and very badly organised event and reflects very badly on skiddle, the OGV centre and the organisers themselves as others have said the band did what they could but it wasn’t enough 0/10

The band was ace, really tried to get the atmosphere going. The venue was poor, it took 45 minutes to get a drink, regardless of using the app or queuing, the chairs and tables were ridiculously squashed together.

Waste of money. Led to believe that the first Stein was free and you would get a sausage or pretzel included with the price of the ticket. Turned up to be told no to the stein and food and the ticket price was for entry to the tap rooms only! Not what was advertised at all! Atmosphere was shocking, didn't even get to taste the different beers before purchasing and had to wait half hour to 45 mins to get served. Extremely disappointed and a waste of 15 quid for a ticket.

It wasn’t well organised and a lot of people left. There was no Wi-Fi for ages so couldn’t use the QR code. Got through and then they stopped table service so had to queue for drinks. I was over an hour and a half to get my first drink.

It was a shambles. So disappointing. Only one person serving at each of the bars. The app for table service was patchy and when it finally worked it said they weren’t taking any orders. After queuing for 1/2 an hour for our drink. We drank it and left. As did the majority of others. A German group who had clearly dressed for the event said it was the worst they’d ever been to.

Just a pity it wasn’t busier to take in 2022 but can’t fault the staff they were brilliant. Will definitely be back. Loads of choice of alcohol .
