Review of Summer Ball: Session 2

Was completely gutted !!! We had a 1 yr old a 3 yr old and a 8 yr old with us .. Looked forward to a fun packed few hrs and the kids where so excited for weeks ... What did we get ??? ... 2 minutes on a packed bouncy castle and ridiculously small soft play area..where the wee ones where trampled on by bigger kids .... The characters where good if we could have got near them ... A long que for face painting that was £4 per child .. And £15 for a photo with a cardboard cut out ...... So in short I paid £45 for 2 minutes on a small bouncy castle and 3 very disappointed children

I think this event would have been a lot better if it was in a much larger venue or the amount of people had of been spread out over more time slots,my daughter is only 2 and i could not let her down from my arms as she would have wondered off through the crowd and i would have lost her in fact i did at one point thankfully a friend found her on the bouncy castle,the characters,music,bouncy castle and stalls were all excellent but the over crowding definatly ruined it we couldnt stay until the end and im a bit dissapointed about that now as ive seen the video on facebook of the end song with all the characters my daughter would have loved it,im ticking yes for the would you recommend but this would only be if it was in a much larger venu or a limited amount of people in each session.

Not one bit of organisation! I don't even think it was legal to have that amount of people in such a small area in case of a fire! It was pathetic!!!

We weren't impressed. We stayed for 10 minutes and then went home. Overly crowded with people and to be honest I've been to better birthday partys

This event was horrendous . It was over crowded, it was badly organised and mostly it had no regard for health and safety of those attending. The venue was stunning but the organisers had over sold tickets and there was far too many people crushed into the small venue. Furthermore it was advertised as including face painting yet this had to be paid for separately after having paid £15 for the event!

I think the thought was there. But the organisation was terrible. The promotion against what was provided was very poor. Cost me £17 to stand a que. far to many people let in to what was a tony venue. No live singing all

I think the idea was good but was extreamly disappointed in the setup. Frozen is 1 of the most popular disney movies out there and to have everything in 1 room was mad. My kids were being knocked into and pushed in front off. As the day went on it got better as there was more room to move. The characters were great and friendly and the music was good, just need organised better and held in a bigger place

I was very very disappointed with this event. I had bought my six granddaughters a ticket for their birthdays and I will never buy them again. There was too many people there and it was a health and safety issue. If there had of been a fire there would have been a lot of fatalities. It supposedly started at 1pm. My grandchildren didn't get in until 1.30pm. They didn't see any of the characters because the place was so full. There was children getting knocked against the walls and getting trampled on. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Worst children event I have ever been too....far too many people for one room, don't actually see where £15 went to as had to pay for everything. Meeting characters totally disorganised, couldn't actually get a good picture. Shambles, will never attend an event like this again
