Really cool venue for kids. Music wasn't great to begin with (too chilled) but they changed it and the kids loved it. Shame about the lack of parking, but we found a street space about 10 mins walk away

I wasn't even let in to enjoy my time I had to pay twice I came at 7:01 they said they don't care about my ticket I'm not coming in I have to buy the 8 o clock ticket and made me wait outside for over an hour to get in my I had to pay for another ticket and I demand a refund right now because I didn't even use the ticket can you please help me
