I've been twice during the school holiday and hope to make it at least once more before the kids go back to school.
such good value for money as you can stay all day for the price. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
I'd fully recommend it, although I don't want it to get any busier as more people will see me attempting to skate!

Get more security on your door and more staff that help children and adults skate!! To many children are coming there and have never skated before there being injured and causing other injuries

Also Iv seen you have changed your policy on a Thursday, where you are not allowing 16/17 year olds in without an adult
ROLLER JAM ITS NOT A CLUB, it's just a roller rink where the young people would like to go and skate and enjoy themselves

I took my daughter for a day out in the school holidays and it was great! Staff were really supportive and friendly and we both had a great time!

Review of Rollerjam Presents TURN DOWN WEDNESDAYS (6pm- 10pm)

Staff could be better, especially young mixed race guy who gives the skates out. He literally has no personality as he seems not to speak after saying hello, please and thank you and he is just mute. Even my 5 year old fell over a she literally skates past just seems odd to be so unpleasant if you work somewhere. Also accident occurred at the end where an ambulance was called, him and a colleague still were in their skates and hadn't even called an ambulance despite the girl being on the floor for 15mins and in the end she needed gas and air so it was a serious injury. Seemed as much use a chocolate teapot. Manners go a long way and surprised you would have someone so rude working there

DJ DL absolutely bought the vibe with music in the main room tonight, he should perform in there more often.
The atmosphere felt incredibly friendly compared to last week & I will return!
