What a shame... this could be brilliant but it's cheap (concrete uneven flooring)and rundown. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners as you will probably leave with an injury. The hire boots smell and the venue isn't at all like it shows on the website... I can't believe they charge non skaters... a borderline traumatic experience!

Today was the best it's ever been. The music was child friendly and fun which made SUCH a difference and the food was decent. Staff very friendly and actually look like they enjoy working there. Have been going for over a year and right now it's at its best!

The toilets need some work, most of them blocked and dirty. Nice atmosphere in the rink, we enjoyed our day

This review is about Skiddle.

I have contacted you regarding a refund request but seems you have made difficult for your customer. Manager from Roller Jam has agreed to this but because I purchased my tickets from yourselves I need to do it through Skiddle, Roller Jam have all my details just waiting to hear from Skiddle. But because messages is coming from BOTS it difficult to communicate this. Skiddle doesn't have good customer service it hard to speak to a real person. Don't think I will be purchasing anymore tickets from them, any issues is hard to get resolved.

Unfortunately this was not the experience we had hoped for we came from another city for my sons birthday and ended up leaving after 45 mins and going to our regular Midland Roller Arena
