Review of Matthew Halsall
Amazingg event: all instruments worked like one body, giving you music full of rich, deep sounds with niuanses and happiness. Also changing lights made a great magical atmosphere. My ears were delighted, taking part in really delicious musical feast. Very talented musicians!

This was a wonderful jazz experience with a bunch of super talented musicians from Manchester. A Truly delightful audience, excellent value and a great easy venue. I want to do all of it again!

Review of Bikini Kill [SOLD OUT]
I'm still buzzing from getting to see R.AGGS and Bikini Kill *walking distance from my house* at an all-age, early evening gig (more afternoon/early evening gigs please!). Thanks so much to everyone involved in making this happen. I was especially impressed by warm, visible but low key security.
It was disheartening to see #everydayableism from some fans (not all fans) in their teens and forties at an intentionally inclusive gig. This was exemplified by The Crossing's very small disabled access space - with a fiddly entry rope it was difficult to open and close with one hand in the dark and no raised seating so seated views were blocked by standing fans filming most of the gig through phones. Really hope this is something that can be improved next time as otherwise it was an evening to remember with the biggest happy, grin.
