Review of Molly Tuttle & Rachel Baiman plus support: Abi Budgen
Abbie was entertaining and engaged the audience well. Rachel s an impressive singer songwriter and excellent fiddle and banjo player. Molly is the most exciting guitarist I have encountered yet, plus a great songwriter with a sweet voice. An amazing night.

Review of Erin Rae & The Meanwhiles plus Support from Ashland
My first time visiting Thimblemill Library as a venue and certainly won't be my last, I thought the shape of the building helped create a great sound. I was already looking forward to see Ashland as I had seen them previously, unfortunately Kathryn had lost her voice ( I hope she makes a speedy recovery) so Dave had to fly solo and he did a magnificent job with his vocals being very easy on the ear and somewhat reminiscent of Ben Watt's vocals of Everything But The Girl Fame.
We were then treated to two sets by Erin Rae and The Meanwhiles, who I had no previous experience of, but will certainly be keeping an eye out for future tours of the UK. My stand out track of the evening was Rose Colour, but it is fair to say that Erin's voice transcends the angels and ably supported by her band she brings a music that defies categorizing which will surely bring her more support this side of the pond.
