Great event, let down by queues for the porta Lois, no loo roll, no hand sanitiser. Expensive drinks vouchers particularly for those drinking soft drinks. Despite saying cash and cards accepted - not true at all stalls. Limited food choice - okay if you’re into unhealthy food.

I've read the reviews, I agree vouchers price of drink cant use card , people went out to get cash then cant get in, simple stamp or band wrist to allow you back in organisation. hope a lesson learnt. for me I thought the overall day was fantastic.

Paid for VIP and it was quicker to go to the non vip toilet area, drink ran out within the hour at VIP I should of just paid for normal entry. VIP oversold and rip off

Really good event. However the VIP bar was limited & ran out of certain drinks. K Class was on the line up but didn’t actually perform. The orchestra was sensational.

Great day, bit of a pain quing for tickets and had to buy £25 when I only wanted 2 drinks and then re quing for the bar. But overall fantastic night x

Music good , but never experienced to pay £25 for 4 tickets that only got you a warm can or a small plastic cup per ticket, also if you have a double shoot in a small cup they take 2 tickets, they also run out of warm can after 2 hrs for opening with left people angry and confused, and the VIP only gets you access to a toilet still the same issue with drink, we never even stay till the end lots of people were leaving in discussed,

And to top it you CAN NOT TAKE any form of liquid into the event, my wife had here perfume taken from her and water that she purchased from the shop at the entrance

great event great atmosphere but wasn't a fan of the drinks system in place - only selling strips of four so near the end of the night having to spend another £25 if you wanted one more drink seems a bit of a joke! apart from that would go again it was a great day/night!

Paid for VIP. Still had to queue for 25 mins for tickets to get drink then queue another 10 mins at bar. No Prosecco. Warm drinks. Disappointing experience. Not worth the extra for VIP

Wads of people leaving turned round after entering due to queues to by drink tokens and queues to get drink and toilet.drink tickets were excessively over priced.£25 for 4 tickets I got 4 cans of fosters and it cost £25.Come on theres making money and then theres taking the piss.Thats why you did tickets coz you cant change them back for your money back I seriously doubt anybody who was there will go back again.

Whole day was brilliant, great atmosphere and everyone having a good time. Drinks were expensive (£25 for 4 tokens, 1 token = 1 alcoholic drink or 2 soft drinks) and most had run out by 5pm. Great music though and the orchestra was amazing! Venue was perfect especially with the sun!

Great music and performers and cool venue however badly organised event. Selling tokens for drinks, you cant pay cash, only 4 drinks for £25 worth of tokens and the drinks selection was very poor, ran out of better drinks within 30min and then all you could get was a can of horrible warm Fosters... so thats £6.25 per can - cheeky! VIP upgrade was a waste of money, same queues to bars and toilets in both VIP or non-VIP - in fact we could get the drink quicker in the non-VIP area - If you charge for VIP experience make sure you give some experience as otherwise no one will ever choose that option again. Music from VIP area was too loud sometimes that the main stage was affected - in fact one of the headliners (Alison Limerick) literally mentioned that on the stage that the music from next door was too loud and distracting her performance. One more thing, buying drink tokens and paying by card I really had to insist on getting some sort of receipt for my payment as they were really reluctant to give one and since I'm entitled to one by the law and needed for my records, I've had to insist and finally they gave one - sounds like a bad and dodgy practice...
In general, I love classical clubbing events and been to many - they can be great if managed properly - if you want to be as good as Hacienda Classical (which i wish you can one day) you really need to get the basics right first - create an amazing atmosphere and experience for the party goers instead of focusing on the profits only and people will return again and again. The venue was good but way overcrowded. Bought VIP tickets but it wasn’t a vip experience. Long queues at the ladies toilets and long queues at the vip bar. No queueing system either so some queueing while others walked to the front. The price of drinks was shocking, £25 for 4 drinks and not much to choose from either or ran out. Didn’t like the vouchers either, you had to buy at least 4. Loved the music and the venue. had been so looking forward to it but was very let down with the whole night and left early.

We left at 8pm. Absolutely no organisation at all. Queues for drinks vouchers (multiples of four only and £25 at that) 20 minutes, a further 20 minute queue for a drink at the bar and toilet queues in excess of half an hour. And this was in the VIP area advertised as "no queues".
One woman so desperate for the toilet skipped the queue to use the gents. Security were called by the toilet attendant and she got dragged out of the toilets. Security stating "company policy", which is probably correct, but for a ticketed event where organisers know exactly how many people to expect in the area, to not provide enough facilities or staff is inexcusable. Frankly revolting. I personally will be requesting a refund as we missed the event. But I think the bar staff deserve a tip and an apology because they were working in extremely hot temperatures and being abused by thirsty and angry customers.

The issue with this event all revolved around the drinks. Whilst it said that there would be a fully stocked bar and cash and cards were accepted, that wasn’t exactly true.

I’m sure other reviewers will have commented too, but you could not buy drinks directly from the bar, you had to buy a strip of tickets. 4 drinks cost £25 - which entitled you to a can of warm beer, a small can of warm wine, etc. With only one card machine to buy your tickets, the queue was horrific, and then you had to queue again for ages at the bar. Why was it taking so long???? Badly organised.

Then by about 9pm they had run out of most drinks.

But my main issue was that I was on soft drinks - yet there was no way for me to buy single drinks so I too had to fork out £25 for 4 tickets (although I was allowed 2 soft drinks per ticket) … but still an absolute rip off.

Apart from that, great atmosphere, loved the music and was so good to see so many happy, dancing people!!!!
