Fantastic atmosphere and everyone is incredibly positive and welcoming. Hundreds of incredible artists make a visit worthwhile whether you plan on getting a tattoo or just want to have a wander round. Beachfront location is like a dream, although bizarrely not even bottles of water were allowed into the auditorium - so if you do plan on getting tattooed, have a meal before you head upstairs.

The convention is for too expensive for the artists and for the paying public who pay inflated tick*t prices PLUS have to pay inflated tattooing prices so that their fees can be covered. To be fair it was never established by people who have credibility in the tattoo world anyway, this convention is a business, it has not developed from the artists unlike some others. The venue is generally clean and large enough to not get jostled and to find a space to sit etc. It is the kind of convention you could take your maiden aunt to, it is not like the old days when the Angels used to do security. Its fine, I can walk to it, but it is not exactly ground-breaking . I had a good day because I got to meet up with a lot of friends from the trade and meet a few new folks too. I would recommend it to people who want to take kids etc

Went on day 1, great day out. Lots of independent creators and artists, both local and international.
The venue was great, everything ran smoothly, queues were fast and organised (as far as I could see) and stalls were spread out enough to avoid crowds. Both artists and traders were amazing and there was a huge variety of artistic styles meeting.
I loved the fact that it was family friendly, nothing was overpriced, the food courts had limited choice but it was definitely enough. The free photo booth was a lovely extra!
Overall, the entry fee was well worth the experience.

Pretty good, although the lines could've been better managed, a bunch of people lined up for ages and got to the front only to find out then they were in the wrong line and had to leave. Too many rows crammed in one room and then the other room there was heaps of extra space. Good vibe although some artists put zero effort into their areas which kinda ruins how awesome everything else was.

There were not enough tattooists. I had a great time and everyone was friendly enough. I would go again with a clearer idea of what I want - but probably wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Much better venue this year! Loved the quality of tattooists and the shops/stalls were amazing! I was impressed by the workshops available although I was unable to attend any. The only thing I found lacking was live entertainment. Overall really impressed and would totally recommend!

it was great, as so many other conventions where on and i got to experience other things. I enjoyed the fact that i could see a diverse range of artist at work although most of them where no doing large designs i guess due to time constraints but in general it was a lovely experience.

First time at this venue, easy to find and navigate mostly. Expecting more traders. Found the temperature mainly was too cold in the venue, mainly in the afternoon. Tattooists were well placed and grouped together, with plenty of space in between to move around in. Really enjoyed the event but found a lack of food options.

Very well organised for Advance Ticket Early Entry - crew came to check tickets along queue & gave out wristbands. Doors opened on time & was given programme immediately to navigate where the artists were (essential when you are hoping for a walk up).

Huge array of top class tattooists of all styles. Great atmosphere & everyone seemed happy to help.

Traders floor was also well laid out, interesting selection of merchandise to cater to all tastes (vegan & taxidermy!) Music was good, not intrusive or too loud so you could have a conversation.

There were some amazing artists to behold, and the beer and stalls were nice... but there was no entertainment, and I think for the price and what was advertised, it was actually a very cold, sterile environment, lacking in the entertainment sector... I was disappointed.

We had an amazing weekend ! The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything! Weather was on our side and couldn't have had a better time! Booths for the artists could have been a little bigger as it was a bit of a struggle getting in and out of the booths after getting tattooed, but as it was my first time at the convention I absolutely loved it! Myself and partner were very impressed and will be attending again and will be bringing friends ! 100% recommend!!

More space but less merchandise stalls - loved the fact you could move round and see the artists better so felt less claustraphobic. but sem a lot of clothing, jewellery and merchandise stallsa were mssing this years so felt bit empty in places- but that coulkd of been due to being bank holiday and other cxommittments- this convention is a good one
