This was not a vip experience and over priced . The inability to leave and re-enter meant we felt like prisoners on a place where security was poor and the behaviour of other fans was abhorrent. We were showered in beer and muller rice. No food outlets in the vip area which meant battling through to the other area of the venue. Only 6 loos for nearly 300 people in the vip area. Very disappointed and we left at half time.

Service is dreadfully slow, waited 45 minutes for a drink and only got it when we repeatedly asked. Its ridiculous that Muller Yoghurts and milkshakes are being given out. Our group of 7 were covered in yogurt and milkshakes that were thrown when England scored. A few of us left at half time, as we were covered in sticky yogurt. The celebrity didn't even come to our table for a meet and greet. All round really, really poor.

Enjoyed the daytime event. The atmosphere was good. Great dancers performing on stage.
A light show could have added a bit more dazzle. Maybe next time. I would ho again.

Lots of false advertising and flase claims. Headliners didnt play, VIP tickets didnt exist and nothing that was promised (bar, toilets, entrance) even though we were sold them. Have filed a complaint.

Paid for 3 VIP tickets at twice the price of a standard ticket . There was no VIP got 1 extra drink ticket for this . Was a scam , feel like I've been total ripped off . Feels like I want book through you guys again . So disappointed

The sound system was so quiet. The set time for Derrick was far too early for a headliner.
The bar wifi was down so you couldn't buy drinks and the drinks available were poor quality cheap wine. The staff were on drugs and the actual venue was very disappointing for Glitterbox. The dancers were fabulous. DJs good but you could hear everyone talking over the music.

The venue was odd, and the weather on the day didnt help - very windy and no way to shelter in the venue. No re-entry when an event is from noon until 10pm was not on either, you are held captive with expensive bars and a crap atmosphere, so we left after an hour. Total waste of money, which was a shame as I have loved over Glitterbox events.

Not enough security, not anyone’s fault that, no one expected the fans to act that feral, it was the fault of the ridiculous fans. But they really weren’t helped, there should’ve been more around the crowd. Really good even though, I just wouldn’t recommend due to the people that attended
