Drink prices seem ok until you see how small the cans are. Doesn't have roof so weather dependent. Big screen though, plenty of toilets and a couple of cool, local food vans. Free stuff being handed out and a football game to play to win stuff too

For opening night, plenty of staff, so no queues for bar, however was VERY disappointed that none of the cans and wine were chilled. All products chucked into a trough box with no ice to keep chilled. Either hire in some under counter fridges or get sufficient ice. I'd suggest maybe contacting the local ice delivery firm before Englands game or you will have a lot of disgruntled people with warm drinks complaining

Turned up with my children and was refused entry. I thought it was a family event. We were really disappointed. The security guard said 1adult to 1 child. I tried to explain that's not what the info said. We had to leave and go home. You need to make it clear families are NOT welcome😢😢

Everything about this event is really por and unprofessional- from entering and being man handled by the staff on the door to the “buy one her one free” drinks policy - the staff need to learn about it and polish up their customer service skills esp the female manager(coloured lady) who had a terrible attitude when we tried to get a drink - she should be sacked for the way she spoke to us another member of staff. Really poor start to want should be an amazing event. Events are only ever as good as their staff….
