Waited a while for some great tunes as we wanted to dance. Could have brought along some of my own reggae vynl from the 1970s. Please sort out the toilets which need attention for instance locks that don't work.

Was an event until 10pm but got kicked out at 9pm as they had booked another event at 11. We were waiting for an Uber that was 1 min away (showed a man my phone screen) but he still made up wait in the rain about 2 metres from where we were under the canopy.

Review of Lost Horizon presents: Kruder & Dorfmeister [Extended Set]

We we're unable to attend due to my partners illness (Vestibular Migrane) which has affected her for several years, it's comes in episodes, and she had been fine for several months when we booked the tickets. However a few days before the gig she began to have another episode.

Ticketplan are refusing to refund us, even though we took out the refund protection. I have provided details of refund protection payment, and details of Neurology GP and ENT reports, however because we don't have a GP letter for the actual date of gig they are refusing us..... As I have explained to them my partner manages the symptoms herself when they arise which is completely unpredictable.

Ticketplan claim to be flexible on their page around these things, but evidently they are anything but, they are being so unreasonable, it's leaving me believing that it's nothing but a scam if I'm being honest.

My partner and I are getting old in the tooth, and we have wanted to K&D for many years, we know we may not get another shot, we desperately wanted to see them, so there's no way we would not go lightly....

Are you able to do anything?

Venue is great, well run, friendly staff and security, well laid out.
Kruder & Dorfmeister were disappointing, especially if you were expecting an "old school" K and D experience, proven by a significant number of people leaving the venue at about 2am.

it absolutely slapped! but more than that, the lost horizons venue were so welcoming and so hospitable to my needs in a wheelchair. perfect night!
