It was raining and many vendors didn't turn up so the inside bit was a mess full of people and the outside was underwhelming with regards to food choice.

Unfortunately when we arrived the venue was full of small children whose parents had no control over at all. They totally ruined the atmosphere of what would have otherwise been an amazing attraction.

Very very disappointed with Craig Charles. We were expecting soul and funk but all we heard from him was club mixes. Plus he didnt even speak to us throughout his session. We might as well have gone to a nightclub. It seemed like he couldn't be bothered, and only wanted to sing to his own music!! The only time he addressed the crowd was at the very end when all he said was 'thank you Bristol' . I would never go to see him again. All he wants is our money 😒

My companion and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and if I lived nearer I would come again. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the installations were incredible. The only criticism I have is the lack of control by some parents of their children. I fully appreciate that the experience is for everyone to enjoy in their own way but when children are allowed to run around swinging the the hanging lights and shouting this detracts from the experience for other users. Some kind of briefing at the beginning to remind everyone to consider others would not go amiss.

The exhibition is really amazing however there were a few families there with toddlers, running around, crying and screaming the whole time. For an exhibition based on light and sound, it was really distracting and ruined the experience
They should either make it for age 5+, or have specific family friendly sessions

Some interesting effects and use of existing technology. When we entered, nearly all artwork was running and there was a large crowd at our timed entrance. After 20 minutes the sequences stopped and plenty of visitors left. We felt a bit shortchanged at that point BUT after waiting for five minutes the artworks started to trigger sequentially with a smaller crowd and they could be appreciated more. We enjoyed the hanging strings of lights and visual effect they created. The finale piece with smoke, music and bright light was particularly impressive (although sunglasses might help prevent potential eye strain 😎☀️ ) Worth a visit, but maybe a little overpriced?

Expected something a lot more for the money and on a larger scale especially considering the size of other exhibits that have been there before.
Wouldn’t recommend as cost £50 for a family of 3 and was in and out in 50mins and that was after much walking around the same things

I'm was a bit pricey but we really enjoyed it. It wasn't too busy so felt like we could see everything and lots of places to sit and lay down to enjoy the exhibits. Good for a special occasion

Too expensive for what it is. More sensory activity for young children. Teen and hubby not impressed! No drying facilities in toilets. Staff looked uninterested.

It’s a fab show, great music and wizardry with the lights but I a bit tricky to immerse oneself when toddlers are hurtling around and grabbing as many lights as possible

Amazing experience but huge volumes of screaming children running around which made an immersive experience incredibly stressful. Would defo have selected an adults only showing had it been an option

Visited last year for the Van Gough and spent a really nice couple of hours outside afterwards with nice choice of food and good music. Very disappointed that this year after Submergence we weren't able to access the out door area without paying another £25!!
