This was way overhyped. The introduction text before you ente the event describes the experience as physically overwhelming. I was not overwhelmed. I was relaxed. Perhaps market it more accurately to the experience. The staff seemed to be confused on the process of how the show works, which doesn't bode well for visitors. The hosts were 10 minutes late and so we were expecting some kind of pre-event show. No, they simply told us to come inside. Confused as to why they were necessary in that case.

The front of house staff had a few problems directing people where to go, but once it started it was good fun. Maybe a little expensive for what it was, but worthwhile if it's a special occasion.

A fantastic installation marred by noisy, disruptive young children who clearly weren't of an age to appreciate what they were experiencing.

This was best suited to parents with small children who were transfixed by the lights. Kids older than around 7 seemed bored and just ran around. As an adult I didn't feel immersed at any point. The soundtrack was very quiet and at times drowned out by ambient noise. The lighting sculptures were underwhelming. I was really disappointed and expected much more of an immersive experience.

Great idea, however very disappointed that there were only 3 small areas to view. We were only in there for about half hour, however could easily have left after 10mins. Expensive for what was there.

Really enjoyed the light show. It was really well out together. The only issue is that there weren't any disabled loos working and when we asked the staff behind the bar they were really unhelpful.

Unfortunately, we found Submergence over priced for what it was and aimed at very young children. Disappointed to travel from Cardiff for that.

Loved the idea and the experience. My daughter (9) enjoyed it a lot. We would love to come back but I do think this is overpriced for the time it takes. It would be amazing if you offered reduced prices for people on low income/universal credits/tax credits and/or blue light discount (both categories I would come into and would enable me to bring my daughter again). Thanks 😊

Way to pricy for the experience you get. It should be £10 tops. It was only one room that actually made an impression.

For what it was it was definitely over priced, only 4 light exhibitions and two of them being worthwhile definitely felt £10 would have been more of a fair price than £20 per person.

Overall it was good, activities were a little sparce. I suspect that the rain caused a lot of preplanned activities to not be able to go ahead- it was a shame there wasn't any alternatives. Also, there wasn't any food options for children- no smaller portions or food aimed at little ones! I must say every staff member I interacted with was incredible!
