Review of Feast On 2024
The music and location were great. I'm happy that I only paid the early bird price for tickets as, if I had paid anything else, I think it would be greatly overpriced. Most of the food was mid, portions were tiny and I think the whole thing was a bit over egged online

When I first went to the festival a couple of years ago there were chefs from Master Chef and really exciting food choices, we thought there wasn't enough food stalls we got there between 3-5pm on Saturday and they were already running out of food as there wasn't enough stalls the question were too long took nearly an hour to get any food. Will not be going again.

Review of Feast On 2024
Our group of friends didn't have a great experience, the festival wasn't a food festival...more a music festival with the typical food vendors around the perimeter with 30 min long queues. We were expecting to be trying lots of different small plates from all the various restaurants, but instead left at 7pm hungry and dissatisfied after sharing a pizza between 4 people. Went home and ordered through Deliveroo as only had a small lunch. We were at the festival from 4-6:30 expecting to be able to try lots of foods but the queues were nearly 50 ppl deep, some vendors had already sold out and closed. There was no where to sit and minimal shade. We would recommend making the site bigger or having less people if on again next year . And creating music zones and food zones. The vendors could all offer small plate options of their food for £5, so that people can sample lots of food. Make it more about the amazing food we have in this city....and less of a music festival. Also a dedicated kids zone would be ideal.

Review of Feast On 2024
The focus of the festival was on trying lots of food - but the queues were so long, and prices high enough that you really couldn't try much! Also quite disappointing that several advertised vendors were not actually trading or had sold out. All in all much better organisation needed, especially as the event is ticketed so you have a good idea of numbers to begin with. I would have liked to see more fresh produce in the "produce market" and there were no samples etc. which I would have expected to see as well. All in all felt a bit ripped off that you have to pay for entry but nothing is included in the price of the ticket, i.e., you have to queue up for ages/ pay significantly more to actually "feast on" anything!

Review of Feast On 2024
I went to the 7pm entry on the Saturday night and was disappointed at the large number of stalls that were shut and also the huge amount of rubbish that was lying around. It was a gorgeous evening and a shame to not have more food options. I think the organisers missed a trick making sure that all or at least most of the stalls would be open in the evening.

Far too many tickets sold. Huge queues for the food, stood in a queue for 15mins for one food vendor and gave up. Left the food festival after 45 mins and got food else where.
It's a shame, the event had potential as Bristol has some of the best food and this event should had showcased it.

Review of Feast On 2024
Really enjoyed Feast On - the food was excellent and well priced. Only downside was the queues for food towards the end of the day as food stalls ran out of stock. Suggest increasing the number of food stalls for future years to avoid this from happening.
