Review of Hackney Colliery Band, Boca 45 and Mutant Vinyl
hackey colliery band were really good, mutant vinyl was good, but boca 45 music was WAY too loud - you couldnt have any type of conversation anywhere in the venue without shouting and saying what a million times, it waa almost painful to the ears - it took a lot of enjoyment out of the early evening until the hackney band came on. I asked the venue staff if they could do anything about it but they said they couldnt. They all had ear plugs in however!

Review of Dept S Club Night ✰ Indie/Mod/Soul/Rock & Roll ✰ Andy Crofts DJ set
Great mix of music, as is always the case. Nice mix of clientele. Reasonably priced drinks. Nice outside space. Toilets could do with an update though.

Review of The Big Cheese
Maybe because it was the wrong weekend to go as it is exam season but even past midnight, there weren't a lot of people on the dance floor. I'd recommend going with a big group of friends to really have a good time. Otherwise, it'll feel very weird. Music is good though!
