Review of The Big Cheese
We turned up around 12 thinking it would have livened up by then. But there were literally 12 people there.
So we thought we would go elsewhere and come back later on but when we walked back at 2ish (the event was advertised to close at 3) the whole building was shut.

Review of Big Lebowski Party - 20th Birthday
It was a total rip off. I bought a ticket to see the band, but my brother - visiting the venue a few days later to buy a ticket - was told that the music was free. If the ticket was for the film - 'The Big Lebowski' - then I have been robbed because they couldn't get the sound to work and therefore could not show it (bits of it appeared silently behind the band). The band were on at 10.30pm, not 8pm as we were originally told, or 9pm as we were later told - presumably to fill the gap left by the absent film. Money back? I spent £13 on tickets.

Review of Department S Club Night ✰ Indie/Mod/Soul/Rock & Roll ✰
DJ - superb
Karaoke - great fun
Bowling - excellent, although I didn’t win !
Toilets could have been cleaner - one door had no lock on it and I nearly got bashed in the head!
But overall the music was absolutely excellent !!!

Review of Milk + Support - Psychadelic Rock n Roll
Milk were absolutely awful and labelling them as prog Rock is an affront to actual prog bands. Not only were they boring they were pretentious, insulting and musically one dimensional. Martyrials were great.

Review of Milk + Support - Psychadelic Rock n Roll
The first two bands were amazing, the last band (milk) was very talented, but the bassist had an attitude, making it hard to like them. Great guitarists, but after being called dead and told I need some drugs 10 times, I felt better outside

Review of Big Lebowski Party - 20th Birthday
What a brilliant night! We got there at around 9pm and it was a little weird - like we'd just walked into any old bar and no-one seemed sure of when the Lebowski themed evening would kick in. We needn't have worried - once the Credence band kicked in, there was a shift in the atmosphere and all of the Dude fans came out of the woodwork. What a night! Bowling, fancy dress, White Russians, hot dogs, music - brilliant. And just an overwhelming atmosphere of love for the Dude and all things TBL. We'd travelled from Cardiff and will definitely return next year. The venue was totally unique, oozing character. Top marks!! Oh and it made our night that my husband won the fancy dress competition - he is the Dude!! xxx
