Security were awful at this event! Very invasive and we waited in the queue to get in for over an hour missing a whole set due to searching. Paying £40 for a ticket and waiting an hour to get in is a joke. No water at the bars and rude staff. Coats missing from cloak room people paid £2 for. Really ruined my night.

Amazing night, sound and venue! But iPhone 11 in a black case was stolen/lost, possibly black Michael Kors purse as well, no lost and found, very poor organisation, don't know how to find my things!

The music was great, the sound system was SO bass-y that the melodies were lost in the wall of noise, very glad I had my ear plugs! But the worst thing of the night was the lack of bar staff! Took almost 40 mins to get served and there was no water availability so the crowd got wrecked and security/welfare had their hands full. Security were also well too much in everyone's faces, not sure why they had to be so prominent. Not sure I'd come again, the atmosphere was non existent unless you didn't mind being in the walking dead for real 🤣better infrastructure would have saved this night for me.

Security and bars were amateur, took an hour to get into the venue because of the ineptitude of security. Then once inside the bars had ran out of the majority of stuff only a couple hours into the event. Less than a third of the way into the event there was no water available anywhere.

The event itself and venue was amazing! However, I feel like the bar staff and security were not professional. The bar staff didnât seem trained and I saw multiple security taking advantage of their rolls by stealing peoples tobacco and bragging to their colleagues about how they havenât found drugs they wanted.
