Amazing night reminded me of going out 15 years ago all age ranges and just a good all round vibe

For starters, it would be good to write a thorough description of the concert's exact location. We had a hotel 5 mins from the venue; however, no one in the area had any idea where The Underground was located. Which meant that my husband and I walked for nearly 45 mins trying to locate the venue. Horrible experience. When we got there, there were no actual toilets but rather "portable toilets" .According to my husband and other family members, the DJ was not playing "garage" music, but more of Techno, House, type music. They were very disappointed to say the least. The ventilation was not the best. We live in Ashford, Kent and drove over 3 hours to attend this concert and let's just say we won't be recommending or attending this venue in the future unless some renovations or changes are made.

Such a sick venue, the sound systems blows your head off all night. Never seen so many people asking the bar staff for earplugs as I have at the two events I've attended here! Toilet situation could be a bit better but I guess being in an underground carpark they're a bit limited on this. Lockers were a great addition this time!
