Went on the Sunday, started well but event overrun with unaccompanied teenagers, people doing drugs & smoking w**d. Kids were buying alcohol so organisers issued a one person drink policy, but this meant everyone having to go to the bar each time our group needed fresh drinks! Very disappointed that Earth Wind & Fire only got to do 4 songs as other acts had been running late & even one of the EW&F singers came back out to say they weren't happy having to finish so abruptly!

A lovely day out but I wouldn't pay extra for vip next time as vip area too full and people who had not paid for vip were allowed in this area. Also not enough seating. The acts were running late especially Jocelyn Brown who really disappointing. Also the last act Earth, wind & Fire had to stop after a couple of songs which was really disappointing. Needs to be better organised.

We had a fab afternoon/evening again. This was our third year. It was marred only by Earth Wind and Fire on stage for less than 30 minutes after a late start. Very disappointed.

The only reason we booked tickets was to see Atlantic Starr. They had been removed from the line up. No explanation & nobody knew why! Should allow seats to be taken in. Beer & wine were disgusting. Left after an hour

Had a great time at Soul Festival on Monday. Was made even better because the sun was out. Not sure why u can't bring blankets or folding chairs in as you use to be able too. It would be good if they changed artists as been the same for years and would be nice to see others. But still a great day out ?'?🏽

Is one of the best layout festival I have been in London, but the downside is that the main stage was far too loud, I couldn't hear the Dj playing on the deck of a drink bar, fortunately the Garden Party was far away. It looks like two different festivals in one. Like it a lot!

Really enjoyed both days, but disappointed on the Sunday evening, Earth Wind & Fire were the headliners and was really forward to seeing them, but they had only sang 3/4 songs due to delays. I know delays can happen but they have been given extra time on stage
