Full of youngsters not with adults. No control on checking their were with their adults other than the gate. Most of them were just asking for random adults to pretend they were together so they could just get through the gate anyway. Music was average. Venue= such a random location.

This was an amazing event! Well organised, and defiantly catered towards families on the Sunday.
A few late shows in timings, but didn't dampen the event for me!
Can't wait to attend next year!

Had a great time singing, dancing and enjoying the atmosphere. Food & drinks were a little overpriced and queues were long. Loads of toilets but they ran out of water and stopped flushing halfway through the day which was unhygienic and nasty really letting the event down.

Maybe I missed this but would have liked to have seen a bit more disabled friendly seating available. Also was a bit disappointed with the Four Tops ie choice of songs the crowd started leaving early because of this in my view. Choice of food stalls was good could've had some Italian and African stalls. In all though a very nice day thanks.

So disappointed in SoulTown this year. I had a weekend ticket. On Saturday acts were missing without explanation- first Billy Ocean and then Atlantic Starr. There were long gaps between act without any DJ or music playing. Four Tops experience played a number of songs but barely any of the classics. On Sunday, there were some great acts but the sound was mostly terrible, with the Mic's being so low you barely hear the vocals or there was constant feedback. There were long delays and once again we were left standing obout with no music in between or the odd song if we were lucky. The meant the atmosphere was a bit flat. The worse thing was that the last two acts ending up having to rush their performances and the Earth, Wind and Fire experience were 45 minutes late due to technical issues. There was no DJ or music playing during this time o we were just left waiting around while some bloke through the odd t short into the crowd. When the Earth, Wind and Fire experience finally came on they did a rushed (although very good) 20 minute !!!! set and then left the stage at 8.55. Could not believe and everyone stood around thinking.
The festival last year was so well organised with brilliant performance by acts such as Sister Sledge and UB40 and a great atmosphere. This year was poor in comparison so sadly, I don't think I will book for next year or recommend to friends and family.

It was ok line up except very disappointed to wait 40 mins for headline act and then they play only 4 songs with no real explanation as to why. Most of that waiting time there wasn't even any music to keep vibe going. Other acts not even all on time either. Bit lame really

I found this year the line up just didn't flow, the DJ I felt could have played more soul to continue the atmosphere, it was very stop & start, I enjoyed it more last year
there was also a lot of w**d being smoked

Good selection of artists; and amazingly, the 10 hours flew by.
An explanation of why no Atlantic Starr would have been appreciated though.
Definitely going again next year, with a bigger group of us.

Security was plentiful which made you feel relaxed.
More seating is needed in VIP area. also a costa or Starbucks would be good for tea / coffee & sandwiches!
Some food vendors did not want to accept the VIP vouchers!
