Need change the security on the front entry, very rude and not friendly to people. They let their colleagues in without having purchased tickets. And very bad treatment of the dogs that accompanied them, none of them had access to drinking water, and it was very hot.

The music clashed the beer prices mind blowing. You could still have made plenty without £6 a can and not enough bar staff .

First time at the event and although we thoroughly enjoyed it and will return I feel some changed need to be made. Specially staff on the bar, wasn’t very friendly very slow service and at pouring drinks it was like they didn’t have bar experience and spent more time pre pouring drinks than serving them.
Not quite sure what the vip was for but the whole reason for us getting the vip tickets is because we was told that the toilets were a lot nicer which was a lie, I do feel this could be upgraded and that the outside vip area could also have more done to it. Loved the set and djs in vip The vip tent was small and also the bar area needs changes.
Very disappointed that we bought vip tickets when other friends of ours got the same for a smaller amount.
More bouncers needed walking round.
Will be returning music was brilliant and hacienda classical was awesome could have bigger special effects maybe dancers ect
