The castle is an amazing setting for a concert, plenty of toilets and no queue at the bar staff were friendly and helpful and Madness put on a fantastic show!

The Madness event was absolutely amazing myself and my bestie had never seen Madness live so it was one to be ticked of our bucket lists. Highly recommend the concert â?¦ What a Venue Cardiff Castle was absolutely amazing, stunning and so beautiful best concert in a while totally well worth it .

Alright music, good atmosphere, could’ve provided some tents given the rain although I get that it was open air

Overall I think this event was very poorly organised. What was the point in doing a PCR test when the negative result wasn't even read. I showed my phone screen that it. The queue for the toilets and bar was ridiculous. Think more can be done to make sure next year is alot better. I left earlier due to the music being awful. I wasn't even at th event two hours with my friend. The weather didn't put a damper as I had a poncho and it was lovely seeing so many people all together getting back to normal

HOURS OF QUEUING FOR DRINKS IN VIP!!! Disgusting!! Security didn’t even stop people buying 30 drinks for idiots not even in the queue or in VIP!!!


The music was phenomenal the security and venue integrity a FAIL

Really disappointed by the organisation. Only one bar so naturally the queues were ridiculous. Took my mates nearly 2 hours to get a drink. A massive shame as the event had potential. Ended up leaving early as I couldn't be bothered queuing anymore.

Awful event! Our friends queued for 2 hours for drinks! The bar staff were slow and poorly trained! Will not be attending this event again unless the bar situation is changed!

Unfortunately the facilities could not accommodate the number of people attending.
The que to the toilets was ridiculous.
The que to purchase drinks was ridiculous & expensive.
The event was amazing.
