Review of Shangri-La Open Air
Absolute shambles, left after 1 1/2 hours queuing for a drink with probably still another hour to go and that was at the “VIP” bar. Music was poor, no atmosphere and everyone was fed up with queuing, will never go to a Depot run night again.

Venue was brilliant however, definitely let down but the queue times for the bar. It took 1 hour 46 minutes to get some pints which meant we missed a lot of the music. It also meant we had to take it in turns therefore, did not spend the majority of time together as a group.

Review of Shangri-La Open Air
The music was great and I did enjoy myself , however we had to queue for an hour to get into the venue and then another hour just to get a drink which really ruined the mood. By having another bar there would have made a huge difference and would have defiantly made me spend more money

Review of Shangri-La Open Air
Amazing music, awfully organised bar! The wait was 90mins+ for a drink at the bar (VIP bar too!!). Some people spent half their time at the bar and away from the stage which was such a shame.
The music was amazing, great atmosphere and good food offerings (with much smaller queues). The whole entry process wasn’t very covid-safe with having to queue very tightly packed before even showing your negative covid test!
Would definitely go again for the music, but wish the bar and entrance were better organised.

Review of Shangri-La Open Air
This was the most poorly organised event I’ve ever been to. Expected a huge queue to get in but it took nearly an hour to get in and then spent 2 hours queuing for an over priced drink. Ridiculous event management

Review of Shangri-La Open Air
The queues for the bar were ridiculous. We waited an hour and 40 minutes in the VIP bar area. They weren’t well manned and people were just jumping the queue. The other bar was even worse. Put you off wanting to go buy any more drinks.

Review of Shangri-La Open Air
Left the event after half an hour. The queues for a drink were absolutely ridiculous. Paid 43 pound for a ticket and it was at least one wait to get a drink. For a festival that's only on for like 9 hours, why on earth would I spend 4 hours in the queue. Yes you could buy 3 or 4 a time, but who wants flat beer? There was so much space unused where bars could have been placed. Would not attend any event taking place there again, especially after the same thing happened at tho Foals and nothing had been done about it, when almost everyone online was complaining about it.

Review of Shangri-La Open Air
Music was good but the event couldn’t cope with the number of people it sold tickets for. Queues to get in we’re far too long and there should have been more people on the gates. The queue for the bar was also ridiculous and should have been a bigger bar or another bar to cope with the amount of people.
