No water outlet as advertised, only water available was bottled from the bar, which was at least an hours wait at times and almost £3 a bottle.
Not enough toilets, the ones that were there were never checked, toilet roll ran out 2 hours in and was not replenished at all in the following 8 hours.
The bar was seriously understaffed.
Food trucks were amazing, lots of options and what we had was delicious!
The music was repetitive, the DJ's should check each others play lists. Coldplay is not 'Rave'.
Staff worked hard to keep the place tidy but there were not enough bins. (Might be better to keep the lids off as the ones that were there were used as tables).

The bar was overpriced 150.00 for crate of beer or bottle vodka , long waits to get to the bar but you find that at most events , food stalls were not allowed to sell drinks , I think food stalls should at least sell water , as waiting hour for bottle water is ridiculous, I didn't eat there as nothing I could eat due to being bariatric which I expected so that wasn't a issue. If you leave the event they won't let you back in , toilets long queue but again it's something you expect so didn't phase me. It was a really good event and definitely will go back if held again in carlisle

Bar extremely over priced!! 2 share bottles of c**e and 2 cans of cider £28. But having to wait 55min to be served! Some of the bar staff looked drunk! Missed a few sings due to the ques! The toilets had no toilet roll, hand queuing for over 40 mins again for the toilet! The actually music was brilliant. Venue perfect.

Spent about 45 - 60 minutes queing for toilets & the same queing for drinks, drink prices were an absolute rip off, if you could even managed to get one.

VIP did not feel like VIP, there were too many people. Queued for 45 minutes for a drink due to bar staff allowing customers at the front buying however many shots & doing them at the bar to then ler them order more & more before main drink. Ran out of cash. Toilets ran out of paper & heavy queues. No seating for VIP. Alot of non 90's sounds were played. People were more interested in drinking than listening to music and having a good time. Not what I thought it would be. Did not have a 90's feel.

Venue changed last minute
Vip toilets were vile
Stinking
No water to wash your hands
Not worth the money
Not a good selection of drinks that's was way over priced

Not great , food choice poor other than longggg bar que nowhere just sold soft drinks - both vans had only lager left no cider - event lacked atmosphere - overall disapointing

The music at the 90s of the Riverbend was very good and I enjoyed most of the act. The biggest disappointment was the facilities we were in the VIP area however the toilet run out of basic water to wash your hands they were very dirty not well maintained at all. The drinks were quite a high price point which I kind of expected, however very early on into the event they ran out of ice bucket and were serving warm cans of alcohol at the full price. Really big letdown.

Drinks and food were a complete rip off and a lot of the music wasn't even from the 90s let alone 90s rave. Was looking forward to it for a long time and was disappointed.
