We got VIP tickets and they were totally worth it! the drink prices were fair for events nowadays- we were expecting it to be a lot pricier! a safe environment for everyone and everyone had an incredible time

Amazing for the price great atmosphere my only grip would be is that there was only one bar to buy water ai think water should be more available and soft drinks. Also toilets should be replenished more

Save the rave was really good but don't waste your money on VIP ticket because that was the biggest joke i ever did see 1hr wait to get a drink at the VIP bar and people at the normal bar where getting served in less than 10mins.

Really annoyed venue was changed from Carlisle Racecourse to Bitts Park after booking accommodation close to original venue. Like lots of others no communication about change, will never use Skiddle again for this reason, horrendous customer service.

We paid extra for VIP. The toilets ran out of water to wash hands within 2 hours. The nearby portaloos were vile and the VIP bar was understaffed we continuously waited over 20 mins to be served. Also there wasn't enough table and chairs.
Finally there was a massive fence causing obstruction of the stage view from VIP - this didn't need to be 6ft if the security spread out it could have had a lower fence. We felt we paid extra to be caged in if we wanted to stay in there. Once it rained all security and police were sheltering under entrance gazebo anyway!
Finally the food was ok the pizza was great but would be a good idea to include a dessert stall such as churros.

Disgusting filthy toilets and no water in vip. Only 6 chairs and one broke sat on grass. Long queues for cans hardly any staff. No medics when someone collapsed. Staff member in tears who had been working since 11am with no break. I will be making a formal complaint there was no vip at all.

Music was great, good selection of food stalls. Bar prices were average however the queues for the bar and toilets were horrendous! (30-40 minutes each time). This needs seriously re-thinking if it's to run again. We had friends in the VIP section and because their loo queues were so bad, people were being queue jumped to the front of the general admission loos. People there were already in line for around 30 minutes. Drugs were openly being taken even though people were searched and sniffer dogs on the way in. It was what you made it and despite having to queue for most of the event we still had a laugh.

The event, stage set up and music was brilliant. The mix of acts worked well and everyone was having a great time.£6 a can wasnt great, and the bar staff couldnt keep up with the demand. The bar was far too busy. Could have done with other drink stalls on far side. Bought 4 cans each for me and wife due to the time waiting in line £48 WOW.
