Review of 8.00pm - Carlisle City of Lights
We both enjoyed this event. I enjoyed the music during the second half, at the Castle, better than the first half, probably because of my hearing problems/hearing aids. I also thought the light show was better during the second half.
My only problem at the Castle was the cobbles, making walking and standing a bit of a problem for the elderly (me!)

Review of 7.45pm - Carlisle City of Lights
The only disappointing thing was that the light experience at the cathedral was outside - I was under the impression that it was inside. The main reason I got the tickets was to see the show inside the cathedral.

Review of 7.00pm - Carlisle City of Lights
In my opinion an extremely mediocre event. I struggled to relate to or recognise the theme. Not at all worth the ticket money paid and not a patch on February 2020 show in the cathedral which was breath taking - absolutely amazing. A real disappointment in comparison

Review of 8.00pm - Carlisle City of Lights
The light show was merely a poorly constructed PowerPoint presentation on the side of a building which only lasted a few minutes. Lots of queues with huge crowds being herded through small entrances and paths. No point spending £8 per ticket for the event as many people were just joining the queue once the ticket inspectors had gone passed. Could've saved almost £50.
From the amount of people crammed into this event its easily made over a million in revenue so I'm amazed at how low quality the shows were.
