Firstly, let me say that I was very surprised to receive this email as I had tried to book to see the play on Saturday 4th February. I found you website very confusing and by choosing the "Saturday Standard" price, I believed that I was booking for Saturday!
I have tried calling the box office twice, but there was no answer - so I left a message detailing my problem and asking them to call me back. We would still like to see the play on Saturday but have no desire to pay twice. Please can you help? Thank you.
